The Giving of Thanks....

All of my family was able to come together for Thanksgiving this year,

(except Steve, Kurt, Candice, Caitlyn, Kyle and Tanner)

even still, it was nothing short of a miracle.

Having all those people together gets a little crazy sometimes...

but the food was good.

oh, the annual making of the "chop suey"

it was amazing to see the twins again....

no one could tell them apart,

and there mother dressed them the same just to mess with us!

they've grown just a tad bit in the last 3 years huh,

from 4 lbs to over 25....

I made "turkey bread baskets" they turned out pretty cute.

I'm back, from east to west...ton

Some random pictures of my trip to Florida, they won't mean anything to you, to me, they mean the world!

Lucas and Logan were so tiny and cute.......... perfect little miracles.

Clark is so positively funny, there are only 3 people that can make me laugh like that; my three little brothers!

And Deidre, she is amazing ! She's such a calm, positive, political junkie, it was kind-of fun to watch CNN 24/7 (literally, with tiny twins that's your schedule!) not to mention it was the best week to keep abreast of what was happening in the world with the presidential race and then the stock market!!! wow.....

I really had a great trip, Florida is a beautiful state, loved the palm trees and greenery everywhere, when I got back to Texas I felt like I was in the desert!!!
sad huh....

I've been home a week already and it seems like forever, I really, really miss my Florida family!

I blogged every day about my trip on our other family blog, that's why I am just touching base right now, just to remind me how much it meant to me to spend 10 days in Florida !

We are glad your here safe and sound!
My little brother Clark & Deidre and Cameron added two cute identical twin boys to their family three days ago and have asked me to come to Florida and help !!! So instead of going West to Utah next week, I changed my flight and I am headed East to hold and kiss on these little guys ! ( oppurtunities like this don't come around often, sometimes only once in a lifetime!) although I will miss everyone in Utah and I will really, really miss everyone spoiling me rotten especially, on my big 42nd !!! I guess you can still spoil me from afar ! But I am excited to spoil Lucas, Logan, Cameron, Deidre and Clark ! It should be fun and I am really looking forward to cooking some fun foods and doing some fun things for Clark and his family! These little guys already have a special place in my heart as they are exactly just one pound and one inch bigger than Landon was so it wil be fun to hold a little peanut again! Plus, come to think about it, have I ever held twin babies before? I've held tons of babies before but never twins !!!
